The Toronto Star did an article on George Rizsanyi a couple of years ago featuring the guitar he built for Keith Richards and his use of readily available sustainable yield woods. You can debate his construction methods and self proclaimed status in the luthier world -- but the guy can sure market himself. For you gents that truly know what you are doing and make a living at building I can appreciate how you must be holding your nose when you hear mention of this guitar.

Michael - being Canadian and proud of it -- and spending a lot of the time in the U.S., France and U.K. every year -- I sure got a great chuckle. But unfortunately -- your Oxford pal has got it wrong. Best food I've eaten has been in Quebec, American administration (no comment for fear of reprisal).....the Brits sure redeem themselves by making good beer.
